Cero estrella tengo un año tramitando el permiso de una casa y viene hoy a preguntar qué es lo que está pasando pero tres de las personas medio ambiente. La que da el permiso de rigth away una hace dos días no saben de ella y otra no vino hoy a trabajar y pedi hablar con otras encargados tampoco estaban

Inspector Randall Harp partial passed an inspection with notes and did this with binoculars. It turned out it was bird poop, not cracked tiles. He will not change his comments, but has passed it when we provided pics of it. We were charged a reinspection fee and we have tried to contact the "top dog" to reverse that fee, but he does not call us back to get this fee waived. Randall at first took responsibility for how he did the inspection, but then a few days later acted like he was not at fault. He promised to talk to the "top dog" and let him know, but he has not. They are inspectors and do not even go on the roof to check and then blames us for not giving him access with a ladder. Which is news to us!! Never was told we had to provide that!! The inspectors and the "top dog" have a power trip in Collier County, they do whatever they want and you have to pay the fees even when they make the mistake. Inspect the roof!! That is your job, not from the ground. If you cant not do that then you should not be an inspector.

Pay for parking only to get a parking ticket and they don’t care. They act like they don’t know how the system works, however being from out of town I am sure they know what they are doing to people from out of town.
Got to be a better way to make honest money and not pray on out of town people
Shame on them. Just so disgusting and disrespectful to prey on people
They blame the park ranger and act clueless.
