Corrine Lopez is phenomenal! She met with us 2 days after talking to us on the phone when we initially reached out, went over all the details to make sure we understood what we were signing, and discussed purchase price, inclusions, exclusions, everything. Our listing went live on a Thursday with showings to start Saturday and we had over 12 showings! By noon on Sunday we had an offer and we just closed today Aug 5. We are so happy we found flat fee and were fortunate enough to work with someone as patient, kind, and professional as Corrine. Highly recommend flat fee realty!

We decided to use John Vizzi and Colorado Flat Fee Realty after hearing about the great job he did for our father a few years ago. We were not disappointed. John came over and spent a couple hours with us to go through the house, finalize our asking price and discuss the process.

He was very clear about the flat fee and commission structure. It was easy to understand the savings over the traditional (3% to listing agent + 3% buyer's agent) model.

We were impressed with John's patience in explaining the real estate contract and we liked the strategies he presented to increase the probability of closing the deal. John's 40+ years of experience really paid off once offers started coming in and negotiations began. We were very happy with the final offer we accepted. John worked very hard through some very tricky objections by the buyers to keep the deal alive and to keep both parties happy. We closed on time and in really good shape for our next transaction.
