ColRich is the owner of Anden San Marcos. Cheaply built apartments, poorly managed, and they continue to allow deterioration of the property without regard for the people living here. See reviews posted at Anden. Property manager claims they can’t upkeep the property because the owners don’t give the approvals to spend the money to maintain things properly. Sure are on top of the rent increases though. Like clockwork. Beware.

I was an initial condo owner in ColRich’s 40+ unit Vue on 5th luxury condo project in Bankers Hill. I found the unit and building to be absolutely A+. As I was an early pre-construction buyer, ColRich accommodated and executed several customizations to the original design which I really appreciated. Sylvia Rose ran the whole sales process. She was a total gem as was Marty Lima who was the lead on any initial punch list items or repairs. Their interactions and communications were genuinely friendly and professional with either real-time or 24-hour response time. An excellent organization that truly cared about and took excellent care of this customer.

Colrich is an investment builder and builds their business and projects to sell to investors. After selling out to Pulte homes, ColRich ventured into multifamily rental properties before returning to building residential homes. During this time, ColRich fine tuned their skills as land lords. So, if you buy a new ColRIch home, expect the quality to be that of a rental property. If you buy a new home from ColRIch, expect to be treated as a renter- Regardless of what you paid for the home. The construction and management team at ColRich treats every property and every issue as a financial investment only from ColRich's perspective. ColRich chooses the lowest bidder for every aspect of the build, every singe time. quality is not a concern during the build or after the sale. everything used during the build was chosen on lowest cost for the shiniest product. Every issue, defect, repair and fault you encounter will be met first with a firm "NO", you will then have to threaten, push and pressure ColRIch to do the right thing, and then they will stall, try to BS you and do the absolute minimum to correct the issue. Every issue is met with hostility.
Our experience of buying a new 1 million dollar property from ColRich is that of a used car.

Colrich has managed to acquire property in nice locations and on the surface look modern and new, but look deeper, talk to residents who have already bought and get absolutely everything in writing,
Regardless of what their website says about themselves, they do not care about you, their promises, your expectations or their properties

Owners of Westwood Apartments located in Carmichael, CA. The owners as well as property management and their agents have ALL neglected to comply with a reasonable accommodation request my -child- needs. I've received an email from this company giving the impression I "didn't have the correct company", however, when painters were illegally on my enclosed patio -WITHOUT- notice, the owner confirmed what I already knew and that is, they ARE the owners. Again, the owners are fully aware of my situation so they are without excuse. For a full review, take a gander at my review (Yelp) on Avenue5 as well as Kimball Tirey & St. John of which BOTH companies have been in or are currently in litigation.
