From the start, we noticed that Chad Beuoy really listened and paid attention to what was important to us in a home. He took time to get to know us as people, not just clients, and he asked us lots of good questions to help us solidify these values. During our time together, Chad’s great sense of humor and relaxed demeanor made him easy to be around. We were first time homebuyers and knew little about the process, so we were worried that a realtor might look down on us because of our age and perhaps take advantage of our lack of experience. Yet there was never a moment where we felt untrusting of Chad, because each step of the way he proved that he was a committed advocate for our best interests. He was always on time to our appointments and was so quick to prepare perfect paperwork in short time frames to give us the best shot at each home we made offers on. When there were disappointments along the way, he was empathetic and encouraging, always helping us learn from each experience.

By the end of this process, not only had Chad helped us secure an incredible home better than our dreams, but we felt we had gained a friend in him.
