My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Sasha. She was extremely patient when we came in to close and ended up delayed because of potential problems with the house from the final walkthrough. They worked hard to get us set up again ASAP to close. We would absolutely work with them again!

Concierge Title is good a good title company when you have no problems. But if a mistake is made on their part, for example, like not figuring out the correct taxes, they do not offer any assistance because it would it would be a burden them. I used them for the last 3 closings and now I would not do any more future business with them.

This was the best closing experience I've ever had!! Stacey was AMAZING! She is very organized and very responsive and worked so hard to make sure we closed on time. We went to closing in 12 days!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything she did for me and my client. And because of your secure communication procedures you saved my client from being scammed with fake wiring instructions he received via an email that looked like it was authentic. Thank you so much for everything!!! Words cannot express how grateful I am.

Because Concierge only links you to Google Reviews at this time if you give them a 4 or 5 I feel like I have to give an honest review on here.

Overall everything was fine ... Just not the best closing experience I've had. Maybe I'm comparing apples and oranges but I feel like I should share.

The people were kind and communicated throughout the process through the portal. It was an easy way to keep up.

I'm not particularly happy that:
1. An extra month and a half was added from the original closing date. It may not have been their fault but I expected that they would follow up to ensure an on time closing or explain the issues. We still had to extend a few extra days because of lender sides' documents or needs.
2. On the day of the seller's closing they decided to clarify the one stipulation I had. It ended up costing us about $1000 more where it could have been addressed when I explained about the documents on the phone and when I sent them electronically.
