I never missed a payment and I email many times, they tell me they will review and never get an answer. I visited the office 2 times the same thing. If I have my statement showing paid why you don't review my account. Poor management service.

Hello! I've been dealing with CCM for two years as realtor I finally, someone answered the phone and Dalina was able to handle this situation. Very smooth. And polite She answered the phone ready to try to help in any way she could ., never nad that type of treatment from an establishment honestly.
She's the best they have so far!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! That was my experience with property manager Christopher Fernandez. I have two active resident parking passes on my account and have had no issues in my two years of residency. This week my two vehicles were being serviced and I was given two rentals. I was able to register one vehicle guest pass but was not allowed another. I decided to contact Christopher as he is the point person for these issues. I explained my situation and he simply told me there was nothing he could do for me. I explained I needed the rental to be registered to avoid being towed. Christopher again told me there was nothing he can do and if my vehicle was towed it was my problem. My boyfriend then called in hopes of speaking to someone else instead spoke with Christopher who suggested we park the vehicle at a family members house then hung up. NO HELP AT ALL!!
