Misrepresentation of the tour. Spoke to their agent Amy twice to confirm bus size pick up location and other tour details. Then we received a call back from company who actually performs the tour services and everything changed. We had to go to a different hotel to pick up our tour. We had to go a half hour earlier than we were told. The bus was huge and I have So I was concerned about stepping into the bus. It was supposed to be much lower bus and a much smaller group.. Everything changed I was unable to enjoy the your and will be requesting a refund

Had a wonderful time seeing Manatees and other wildlife. Our guide Brian, he was wonderful, he was very laid back, welcoming, knowledgeable, and it was just like we went kayaking with our long time friend! Definitely recommend if you are near Cocoa Beach or plan to launch from the Haulover Canal (Titusville) launch! Thank you so much!

Cool destinations is a Scam! They charge taxes & fees in excess of actual state sales taxes on tours that already have taxes included in the prices! If you want to pay 25% more for a tour than if you bought it directly from the tour company or Viator then definitely book through them!

My plane arrived late and then I had challenges getting through customs but John the driver went out of his way to wait for me and to help me make the most of my long layover in Honolulu! I was impressed by their customer service and communication. The van was nicely air conditioned and they provided cold water which was really great! The actual tour and experience was very nice and John did a great job of explaining my options to me and helping me figure out the best way to take advantage of the time! Our van driver who picked us up for the city tour was very informative and a great navigator! I would highly recommend using these services!

Terrible company. I booked a tour for 6 of us to the Hoover Dam with this company. They sent several text messages and emails saying that we were all set for a 10AM pickup the following day. We waited from 9:45AM until 10:30AM for the pick-up, and nobody came. Nobody called. Nobody emailed. Nobody texted. When we called them, they said we had not contacted them to "confirm" our tour, even though I paid for it and received messages from them saying we were "confirmed". I spent about 2 hours on the phones with these clowns and just got the runaround. Now they do not want to refund our money. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with them, but they did not issue a credit. So now I need to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Do yourself a favor, and AVOID this clown company at all costs.

This tour was very comprehensive. There was a lot of walking both indoors and outside but there were also many opportunities to rest and use rest rooms. We did ride in a very nice tour bus after visiting the Capital Building. We had 45 minutes to get lunch at L’Enfant Plaza food court which was adequate. It was convenient to have the bus drop us off and pick us up at each destination. Our guide, Christopher, had a very nice personality and was very knowledgeable about all the sights. We began the tour at 8:30 at the Capital Building and finished at about 2:30 near the Lincoln Memorial. We enjoyed the tour and feel it is a good value for the price.

Joy from customer support was a pleasure doing business with. I had mistakenly booked 2 tours. I emailed customer support on a Sunday about cancelling them and I got a response back right away. There was a misunderstanding where I was being charged $60 for each tour for cancellation fees on the cancellation pages that were sent to me. Joy was very helpful in getting that all taken care of and very quickly and professionally refunded the full amount originally paid on my credit card. Very good customer service!

Truly one of the worst tour experience ever.

Our tour of San Antonio, TX was scheduled for 9:00am. We received numerous text messages be be prepared and waiting for the guide who would pick us up at the hotel entrance. 9:30am, no tour guide. After several calls to the company and with no apologies, we were moved to the 1:00pm pickup. Now the temperature was well over 100 degrees which was the reason for us wanting the 9am tour of the Missions.

Evelyn picked us up and then we proceeded to pick up two other parties in the nearby hotel. Between pick ups, not a word came out of her mouth. Once everyone was onboard, she said a few sentences and played us a audio recording as she drove to the first stop. After the recording stop, she said nothing. We got out of the van at the first stop and said a few things about the stop but very shallow history. We got back in the van and not a word until we got the next stop where the same was repeated. At the fourth and fifth stop, she even said for us to go see for ourself while she waited in the a/c.

We all got back in the van and it was total SILENCE until she dropped us off at the hotel. Not sure about the other passengers, but we paid for a tour that we never really got. So much time travelling in silence and we paid over $160 for a tour. We could have taken uber to these sights and probably gotten more info from the drivers. I hate myself for actually tipping this lady when she deserved nothing at all. I feel ripped off, inconvenienced and taken advantage by Cool Destinations for a job poorly done .
