We had an excellent experience with Caroline Scott from start to finish. Her counsel on when to put the place on the market was perfect timing, as was her advice on pricing. The open house was on Saturday and the place sold on Tuesday. And it sold for over the asking price. Her strategy was exceptional. Donna Solen was our buyers agent for our recent home purchase and she was AMAZING every step of the way. Donna helped us know what to look for during the search and was super responsive in getting disclosure packets and letting us know what was up with various properties.
