We engaged Steve to assist us with selling our home. This turned out to be one of our best decisions.

We had several hiccups along the way including 1) an over zealous home inspector who spent 7 1/2 hours at our home finding things like breakers that were recalled back in 2003 - even though they worked fine, and a missing bonding screw never installed by the builder. 2) a less than knowledgeable appraiser that did not understand the area nor the difference between our custom built home and a nearby econobox built around the same time for hundreds of thousands less. 3) two neighboring homes that listed after we did for well below market value for personal reasons and needing quick sales, and 4) an air conditioner capacitor that decided to fail right before the buyers walkthrough.

Steve took it all in stride, and got us to close all be it a few hours late to have the capacitor installed. He personally managed our challenges with efforts he offered to take on as we had moved from the area,.

We have moved over 10 times and Steve is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with.
