Lionel is an awesome property manager. He finds quality tenants that will take care of your house and pay rent on time. If expensive repairs/replacements are needed he’ll reach out to you (owner) to get the go ahead. I’ve been with Lionel since 2018 and hope to continue for many years to come. I rented from them for 5 years and in those 5 years they refused to fixed things that were requested to be fixed. Had to put in multiple request and still wasn't fixed. In the 5 years i was there very minimal dammage was done. Now that I have moved I am NOW BEING CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED IN THE TIME THERE, including things that are normal wear and tear for being there that long. I would not recommend anyone rent from here because they will come for you when the time comes. I'd give a lovely ZERO stars if I could.

Lionel from Countryside Property Management is a very efficient property manager. He takes care of finding good tenants and keeping track of the property issues promptly. The company also provides landlords of an easy to understand list of transactions (credits, debits) and are quick to make sure payments are made and follow up with tenants and with landlords in a timely matter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CountrySide Property management to any landlord or potential renters.

If you plan on moving here make sure to take pictures of all the damage already present when moving in and screen shots of your conversation ls with management. It won't do any good to bring maintenance issues to their attention because they won't bother to do anything about it, but it will help keep a paper trail because when you move out they will try and blame you for "damages". While you are living there they don't care to fix anything but when you move out they'll try and stick you with the bill. Renters beware
