"Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. From the moment I moved in, I've faced a series of issues that have not been adequately addressed by management.

The first issue was a flood in my unit, which management initially tried to blame on me. However, after providing proof, they reluctantly rectified the situation and moved me to a new unit.

Since then, I've dealt with a persistent fly infestation for over a month, followed by ongoing issues with package delivery. Despite reporting these problems, management has failed to take them seriously and respond promptly.

Most recently, my dryer has been out of order for over a week. After submitting a work order, the maintenance technician diagnosed the issue but failed to return as promised. When I followed up with the office, they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful. The white haired lady said I should just ‘hang my clothes to dry’ instead of offering a viable solution.
Fernando was the only one here who actually did real work and offered warmth to the community.
The house itself is nice, but the constant maintenance problems, unresponsive office staff, and overall lack of concern for residents’ needs make this complex a zero-star rating in my book. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

If we could leave a 0 or negative 10 we would. We've lived here since January. The actual townhouse itself is nice. The neighbors front lawns look like junk yards. The smell of weed is awful every day! The Flies are so bad you can't go outside your home to sit on your porch and the office admits they planted some sort of plants that caused them to be horrible, yet they are still just as bad as they have ever been. The rent has changed monthly on our ledger. No one is ever in the office. We have left messages on the resident portal several times and never get a response. The office never answers phone calls. The pool stays filthy and several residents are always having to clean the pool just so their kids will get it. They charge for landscaping yet our yard looks awful and grown up. The office staff are rude especially the lady. She rolls her eyes every time we step in there. It's impossible to get a response from corporate and we have emails to prove we have attempted many occasions to contact them. The ONLY person here who actually works and will speak to you is Fernando. This place is NOT worth the price they charge. RUN. As soon as we can move out we will. Don't make the mistake we did by moving here. Added photos of some of the weeds and will add pool photos as soon as we get some. I'm positive it will be awful this weekend too!

Intent to file Suit. Today I served the management office and others my intent to Sue the Ownership, Officers, 3rd party management. I was one of the first to move into the property in Early 2023. Left August 2024 after many issues, but the biggest is the tile floor peeling up First Floor which left the unit uninhabitable. I left in August, Today I received notice of a collection for future rent.5 months later, no notice, no demand, just a ding on my credit report. Never late, Try to advise management of the issues, given I personally owned an 80 unit property and well experienced with the trials of property ownership. Now I am asking for my full deposit, triple damages. The name has changed but told the ownership is same. Filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida Attorney General's Office for violation of State and Federal Laws. Run

As I read the many negative posts, they are completely accurate. This was a nice Class A brand new property that was run into the ground. The positive posts are likely fake. Green Algae in the pool, likely does not even meet health regulations. The ownership paid its great initial management crap, then they hired low level unqualified staff. Difficult to fix this under the current ownership, Property needs to be sold and further renamed and properly managed.

We really like living here. It is well located and the condominium is quiet with an area for pets and a very good pool area. Office service is also very good.

I loved the condominium, I arrived when they were changing the people who worked in the office. Really a quiet condominium to live in, with a pool area and the area for pets.

Management is always giving tenents the run around. Nothing gets fixed(even after months of work orders), no filters get changed, discrimination about who they enforce pool hours with. The list goes on. I wouldn’t advise moving here. Might as well not have a management because it seems nonexistent.

I have been calling and emailing you guys about my refund of $200 and to no avail. I can’t get the leasing office at all whether through email or phone.

While on vacation, dreading my hike back up to the Dakota's, I met a woman walking near the beach and we got to chatting about Florida living. She told me about working at Artisan and how she just fell in love with the area, the people she's met, and how happy she's been with her recent decision. Out of curiosity, I dropped by and was so glad she was working that day to greet me. I took a tour and must say, if the place doesn't do it for ya, she sure would! Very welcoming and made me feel as though the apartment wanted me as much as I wanted it. 🙂 I think her name was Mary or Mari.
Can totally see myself really trying to make the move once I finish grad school next year.
