It would be hard to overstate the complete lack of professionalism this organization demonstrates at every opportunity. You better have extraordinary patience and all the time in the world if you wish to work with this company to lease space. They do not respond to voicemail, or emails, and you may find yourself needing to text them several times to get a response. Despite making it clear that we were in a hurry to visit possible sights for our relocation we could not convince Tyler Wilkins to show us the spaces they have available for lease. When we asked for his managers contact information he hung up on us. We called their office in order to inform management about our experience and they would not take the call or return it despite being asked twice to do so. If this is how they treat perspective tenants, I would hate to see how they treat folks that are under lease with them. Avoid doing business with this company. You have been warned.

Please don't rent or buy from them, they won't answer you phone calls, and they charge your triple Nnn or actually 5 times over the rent for unknown reasons. Please stay away and find respect real estate agent!

As a veteran owned and operated franchise, Sandra Woodworth told us we were not what the Bardmoor promenade in Largo Florida was looking for. They wanted ‘national chains’. She cut us off and hung up…..Three years later there are so many store fronts still sitting empty. Thank you for treating veterans the way you did!
