The two years here were fine. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. My only major concern was, we had a neighbor who smoked marijuana for the last year we were there. I voiced my concern via email in different occasions but nothing was addressed nor a follow up given. We were even told by the maintenance staff that did the pre move out inspection, that smoking in the apartment is permissible. I checked our lease agreement but did not see that written, on the contrary I believe the property is smoke free or at least was. It made my last year living there so miserable. I implore the management to do better about addressing concerns. We felt as if we were just brushed off.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed my time here so far. The maintenance team is really helpful, and the office/admin team have also been really friendly and responsive to all of my requests. Of course not thrilled about rent increases, but I understand it is all part of the process.

The facilities are clean and well kept, so I appreciate that. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I have been a resident of this community for 4 years. To me, it is a 5-star community. Let me share my transfer experience with you. Recently, we transferred from 1 unit to another, and everyone knows moving is a troublesome process no matter what. But 2 of the community relations team named "Ellias Niazi" and "Virginia Grover" made this process very pleasant and smooth for us. They were very productive and accountable every time I called them during moving. I think I called them maybe over 100 times. They never got tired of my phone calls, and every single time, they treated me with respect and helped me with my questions and requests. I mean, what else could you possibly have asked for? With this review, I want to appreciate and thank for all the help and support that I received from the whole community team, but especially these 2 good-hearted persons that I mentioned. That is the GOLD STANDARD that any company or community should have.
