Ridiculous how bad this company is and how their employees treat people. Tabitha is dehumanizing, cold, not meant for customer service in the slightest. As someone who has been in service industry and customer service for over 10 years i do not understand how this lady has a job. Then when i called and asked repeatedly to speak to manager so i can file a complaint, instead of passing me to a manager she repeatedly asked questions on who i’m filing the complaint about despite not being the manager and it not being her business. Refusing customer care because you’re scared you’ll get in trouble is ridiculous. She gave me misinformation about an important legal matter which i was trying to address and i hope everyone avoids her and this poor excuse for customer service and a company.
