Pague mi aplicacion con mi hija por que tenian un apt de 3 cuartos y me dejaban saber en 72 horas eso fue antes de el huracan irma sep 15 2017 mas puse 300.00 y nunca me contastaron para darme el apartamento estoy peleando para que me devuelvan mis 300 por que cualifique para el apt y nunca me lo dieron y no me quieren devolver mis $300.00 son inresponsable eso es en 131 st en tampa OakStone la mujer es una inresponsable

Horrible experience. No response from the corporate. Been in the Luna ta Lake Shadow property which is extremely unprofessional. I have only been in this apartment 3 months and I am desperate to leave my apartment or at least transfer to a different building and no one is cooperating with the situation. It does not matter how many complaints are placed, the property does nothing about it nor cares about making their residents feel at home how it should be. Never leasing a property owned by Cushman and Wakefield again.

This company is fraudulent. I applied for one of their apartment units and did not get approved. Received two separate bad checks that kept coming up at the bank as fraudulent. Trying to reach someone is not an option as they ignore your emails and phone calls. They should honor their policy or change it. Reading the reviews this is not the first time this has happened. I’ll be escalating this further beyond the company level.

I applied for an apartment with this company 2 months ago. I didn’t get excepted. That’s cool. They were not my first choice anyways. A week later I moved into my first choice and couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, I have still not received my money back from the application process. First check was sent to an address that I don’t live at. Of course I don’t live there… I was trying to move. The second check has a block on it. And for some reason no one will pick up the phone when I call. Nor am I getting calls back.

I have been wrongful charged $ 1040 for move out damages charges. Property Manager sent me a picture of ceiling stain caused by AC filty duct, which is not tenant responsibility. I have sent dispute letter, called several times & nobody respond emails or phone calls. Very disappointed.

I have contacted your office on three occasions with an initial answer and then no follow up like I was told I would receive. My last issue was concerning a maintenance request that took 38 days to be fixed. 38 Full days with me going into the office and putting in request on line. My garbage disposal did not work which in turn could have affected my dishwater that I was afraid to use out of fear that I would then have an even bigger problem. Maintenance did nothing. Worst of all I was not accommodated for my time without a working disposal and still made to pay a late fee because I withheld my payment on request that were MADE IN WRITING. I was told that due to the HOLIDAYS, short staff, someone being sick, etc it took so long. Well my daughter was in the hospital and I had to stay with her had proof and I was not given a 1 day grace to get my payment in yet I am supposed to be ok without working electronics/appliances in my apartment for 38 days. Not to mention being told situations are not circumstantial. This is the 2nd request that has taken an extended amount of time to fix. I work hard and pay too much money to be treated this way. Your office rarely answers the phone if ever. They don't follow up like they say they would. Management is inconsiderate at the complex. You can read the countless bad reviews. Is my apartment nice and in a convenient location YES. Is it worth it, it could be if they were professional.

Review from Pure Living Apartments.

This is the first review I ever write, and I would like to make the future tenants aware. The property management team at the front office is highly unorganized.

When I first moved into my new apartment about three months ago... I walked into a unit that seemed as if someone just moved out with a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The floors were ripping out. The appliances were extremely dirty and greasy. The windows and glass were just dirty and filthy. The bathroom was missing caulking in the bathroom stand up shower. IT WAS BAD. (I had to be in here while people were having to redo the floors and reclean the apartment. Shall I mention, their cleaning service turning these units are not doing their job. If you do move here in the future, bring a bucket of bleach and a rag.)

Fast forward to 3 months down the road- today. It has been an ongoing issue that there is a pest in my apartment entering through the windows. Now its the 3 or 4th week with me having to deal with this. The first time I called the office said they would have someone right away... guess what? That never happened. I called back the day after... and same response .... guess what? No one showed up. It has taken me several times to get them to come into my apartment until finally, they show up. Only to find out a week later, I'm still experiencing the same problem with bugs everywhere.

Fast forwarding all the back and forth visits of maintenance in my apartment, and the constant trying to get in contact with the office for someone to come into my apartment. (Its been about four times someone visits my apartment)

Its week three now... the bugs in my apartment is drastically starting to replicate. And guess what? I'm on day 3 of waiting for someone to show up after they keep saying they will send someone.

For the amount of money I pay at this "luxury" complex, and all the time and effort spent on making sure my place is bug-free and issue-free, I might as well live somewhere "non-luxury."

And I will say one thing because it is essential to mention it. The maintenance guys always try their best to accommodate their tenants. Every time someone comes to try to solve my bug-issue, they always say that the office didn't tell them till recently, etc.... My problem is not with the maintenance staff. In fact, it's with the front office and their lack of communication with their team. The property manager seems to always have an attitude with me. Instead, i have my roommate handle the calls cause I'm over this "luxury-living."

To the maintenance staff, thank you.
To the property management group, get it together. I'm pretty sure if I look through my lease, living with bugs all over the place is not part of it. I suggest you get it together and fix my bug issue.

ALSO, this place is so unsafe; there is a bear continuously on the property at night. We are told to be "safe."
