Me gustó mucho la urbanización vive mi hermana, hay problemas con la piscina pero me gustó que hay orden y aseo y la vista hacia el lago es lo mejor. Era un placer y tomar un café en su ventana trasera. Muy bien ubicado, cerca a todo, ojalá mejoraran el área de la piscina.

As of Feb 2022, the people voted out the corrupted board and unprofessional staff. My Mom is the new Pres for Bldg 1 and nothing but good has happened. Oct 1, 2022 our pool opened, catwalks & doors painted, CCTV cameras, New parking lighting, road repair done. No one likes the new virtual security and the security rover needs to return. Everyone must follow the same rules. We had been under a dictator regime for 10 years and for 5 of those years NO POOL. I am so glad the community finally had enough and got rid of the corrupt people.

Been living here for 28 years and this place keeps getting horrible. This place desperately needs professional management because everyone here is so unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. As a veteran with an emotional support animal, the association made it a living nightmare to accommodate my pet and the constant harassment I would face is totally unacceptable, even when I had proof of having a doctor’s letter. You can’t even sit by the beautiful lake and have a peaceful moment. This place has gone to ruins over the years and the current management is very pitiful. My advice, DON’T move here. Unless you like made up rules and people who clearly don’t know how to run an association, this place is NOT recommended. It’s a total tyrannical association here. A one star rating is too good for this place.

The complex is horrible, the gate security is horrible all the gate Booth does is site there go on there phone and leave the gate open or if it is another person all you have to say it drop-off and your good. Also with all the money we are paying this complex the can't replace the pole that's supposed to stop people at the gate so half the time it broken and we have to wait in this big freaking line meant for guest. Now another thing is the pool, the keep asking for maintenance money when the pool still has not been fixed since the beginning of the the summer. I could of built 6 pools and still have money left. Bad bad bad do not move here.

Becareful these guys are crooks. They tell you that they have condo for rent and it's a two process for approval, but turns out take 4 weeks. The office managers are so unprofessional they never pick up the phones. They never return your phone call. You literally have to call back to back to get somebody. They act like they have the most amazing location and property, but that's no. If you put in your money Be Careful because it can take up to 4 weeks to process.

STAY AWAY!!! Very RUDE tenants, they park anywhere, can't drive through to where you need to go. Disrespectful gate guards, unruly tenants, dilapidated grounds. This place is turning into Haiti. If only the condo president would resign as well. Awful association practices, tenants throw dirty water from their balconies, run garden houses from their condos(3rd floor) to drain out dirty water, like 3rd world country. People park in FIRE Lanes(hazard), block through ways(can't drive on street because of illegally parked cars), water on walkways from draining dirty water(slip and fall and sanitary issue), elevator permits expired(major catastrophic danger), pot holes everywhere, broken sidewalks, the list goes on, they must PAY OFF CODE COMPLIANCE, doubtful the Fire alarm works, as it has NEVER Been TESTED. It is obvious there is major corruption in this association and conflict of interest. Should be investigated as these issues are BLATANT.

They always close the pool during the summer. Only usually open it when the Canadians come down during their winter. Dont live here if you want a pool during the summer
