This place is dog friendly and has green areas for my fur babies. They recently renovated they gym area and the clubhouse. I like how the clubhouse looks now. The management staff is nice. Please do have in consideration that they take lunch and are non responsive during that time. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold on them but I do appreciate that they are open on the weekends. The staff provides constant updates on their holidays and closing days. Overall, it is a nice area to start your journey around Salinas since it is close to the highways and main avenues.

Nice gym , clean pool , friendly environment..it's nice clean all over area .. no issues besides parking for visitors. Buts ok to walk from street to observe the area.

They got bought up by a corporation and jacked up price by several hundred dollars (pricing lots of people out), claiming the units were remodeled into "luxury" apartments. Lol, no. They painted the cabinets and resurfaced the kitchen counter. The only thing new was the light fixture in the kitchen. They did revamp the gym, which turned out nice, but it was out of commission for several months. Considering the pool had been unavailable for a long time as well, I asked about adjusting the rent, since there were no amenities being offered. They basically laughed and said rent only covers the unit. Silly me. The location is great. The unreachable corporate overlords and their puppets in the office can kick rocks.

So far I have been here for 2 months , I have had a great experience living here , no noisy neighbors, no issues with my apartment so far, love the location , have had a few birthday party’s at the pool , gym is nice has everything I need , clean , quiet and spacious. the only issue I run into is that my assigned parking spot is very hard to get into , the car next to us is on a free parking spot and has not moved since we have been here , you can tell it’s broken down and it’s just parked there, I don’t think it’s ok to have a car parked for months without being moved and making it hard for me to park when I park in my assigned parking spot .other than this issue I enjoy living here.

The apartments are decent. Management is kind. Maintenance is something that can improve when it comes to apartment appliances and general use items. Get a PO Box for all mail and deliveries. Mailboxes are not secure and due to unhomed in the area are often broken into or will never be repaired. Do not depend on parcel lockers as most delivery people will not use them and if your items are left at the door, they will not be yours for long. Edit - downgraded to one star. After being robbed and having maintenance and staff in the management office tells us how this happens due to the windows being old and easily pushed in. In addition, staff in the office said that a robbery had happened to the unit we were in and never disclosed the information until we informed them of what happened. We did not feel safe in the apartment and we broke the lease and moved out. We have never been happier than the day we left. I strongly recommend a different complex if you have the option.
