Please, the company hired to mow these areas is really not clean. I am a resident of the City of Davenport and every time they come they leave the entire entrance to my house and the sidewalk dirty. I think it is in bad taste to arrive and find that after someone has cleaned. It is important that you take note of this matter since it is not the first time and they do not cut the grass well where it is. Thank you.

We were passing through this town and our 6 year old grandaughter needed to use the restroom "bad". So we felt the safest place to go was City Hall.
The front desk employees said "no". Sent us over to the filthiest gas station across the street where a toothless crackhead was walking in as we were walking out! Shame on this government establishment for treating TAX PAYERS this way!

OMG! The worst decision ever to buy a house in this county.
These people charge a bunch of fees that you have no idea about. Plus, a large deposit that no other county does.
Terrible terrible! Will never move to this county ever just because of this prehistoric services they offer

One of the worst water/utilities departments in Polk county. They charge a security deposit, an initiation fee, a service fee then on top of that a 8 dollar credit card fee just to start water service.

The front office staff is rude, and has no compassion.

Thinking about running for office myself and mayor on a campian of we serve you the citziens... and the first item would be to fire employees who think and forget their job is to be kind, compassionate, and serve the citizens of Davenport.

The worst water/utilities department’s, We are running with a Bill issue over 3 months. Bill was over $450 and I show them was a error or mistake because my home is all day empty, we are just 3 person in the house, even they approved a prorate for the bill And I still making payment every month for the amount we normally paid monthly. They still disconnect my service. That ridiculous.

I moved in on the beginning of December 23 and the trash can was delivery 12/26
And they charged me a whole month
Ridiculous,unprofessional,and yet didn’t solve my problem
Besides I had to keep all my trash inside the garage waiting for the can after I call 3x

Not helpful been living at the same residence 4 years paying the bills and need the bill switched to another name due to my aunt having 3 strokes and put in a nurseing home and cant get it done without her permission its crazy!! We have proof of residency and still nothing ppl shouldnt have to suffer cuz bad circumstances occcur! Its ok karma will come

I went to the Building/Permit area and they were super nice. Wendy is the person I dealt with and she was professional and extremely helpful.
