I've been to this office twice, and all they do is upload papers for you. The papers you get uploaded to your case here, never get processed. I have an illness and I'm probably going to die before this all gets sorted out. This office is useless, don't waste you time. Completely unhelpful.

Ladies were ausome. Can't believe I am giving high praise to a Government Office. Not busy at all. Miss Trish helped me fax paperwork to the right offices today and they are very helpful with all my questions and I believe very knowledgeable.

I am not sure if this is the location but I am leaving this review to let you guys know that I am grateful for Tehya from your Lecanto office ! I had called the general information line because I couldn’t get through the interview line to handle my interview for my benefits. She took everything into her hands when I told her what was going on and handled it with ease. I was already frustrated from dealing with something else this morning but she was able to hear that from my voice and for sure helped calm me down. She happily took the task at hand to help me without hesitation! Through the interview she made no judgments and we even laughed and she was even able to hold space for me as I vented about my situation; even encouraged me as i spoke of future dreams. She already understood my frustration and ensured she was here to assist me. She truly loves what she does and I can tell with the time and effort she put in to make sure I had everything I needed taken care of before I got off the phone. She went above and beyond. She showed she cared through her conversation and through the steps she took to make sure I knew my next steps and Everything would be fine; people like this are rare and should be recognized when they are found. She deserves a raise and a promotion, in my opinion! I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else handling my case! THANK YOU, TEHYA!! Blessed to have been connected with you!

Could somebody please tell me why Florida makes it so freaking difficult to talk to a human on the phone of course every recording says go to my access online and when you do you find that it's been down for maintenance since last Wednesday. We all know it doesn't take that long for maintenance it was taken down purposely
