And of course all of her hard work paid off!  We got the highest price any condo had ever closed for in our building, and we didn't even have all of the upgrades! We got ALL CASH, a short inspection contingency, and a 14-day close ... all a credit to her incredible negotiation skills.  She was always at least a step ahead of everyone! We would very highly recommend Debbie as an agent for anyone. We will definitely use her again for selling or buying in the future!
