hard to find the words to describe how wildly inefficient this entire department has become. Automated emails have replace real time human interaction...internal departments do not communicate with each other and well documented some pretty lousy attitudes.
Mayor Mike should spend less time mandating the use of pronouns with the staff and focus more the quality of service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do you people even know how to do your jobs? It takes weeks to get any reply and then the answer is usually to call another department that also has no idea what they are doing. Do better, my tax dollars pay you and I should be getting better customer service.

This place has been the worst institutional experience I have ever had in my life.

Denver building if filled with condescending and entitled workers that treat homeowners like idiots for not being contractors. Unclear information from their end backed with defensiveness when the homeowner is trying to gain information.

This building should be completed reworked in their approach to how THEY SERVICE THE PEOPLE. You guys are here FOR US.

Please detach Homeowner permits from contractors permits, and please give a tree/top-down approach to each step. But wait, that would help the people?

Horrible!!!! I was yelled at about my portal as i was giving the information that was requested. I'm still trying to get it corrected. Very rude and any other business would not survive operating this way. I don't think they even deserve 1 star but I'm forced to so i can post this.

By far the worst customer service I had been trying to schedule my final inspection for the last three day via my permit number on the site.

Being kicked off, repeatedly getting and error message tinclesr cache on multiple browser pages as it stated to do , my plumbers have been dealing with the same issues.

Son here on the 3rd day of no successful attempts, I called tontonthidnvia phone sitting in my. Car with out my permit number I'm rudely told he wo.t even bother with out a permit number, forget I may be a homeowner not familiar with this system .

Tried to tell him hime address 3 times and an he interrupted me each tome no number no inspections

Last time I checked our taxpayer dollars are what fund these aholes thus isn't the first time with the issue and probably won't be the last. I can agree that the city has earned its well deserved one star rating

Called in with permit questions for an existing electrical permit. My hold times were short at 12:45PM and the friendly Permit intake lady researched the inspection details I needed and then transferred me to the Inspections department and the hold was short again and that friendly fellow helped me understand the reasons of the failed inspection and even got me the information so I could talk with the inspector directly the next day. I can't ask for better service than that. Thank you.
