Dwell Reality/Sarah Freeman so far has been the best Property Manager I have worked with when it came to renting. Anytime I had questions or maintenance requests, Sarah is very responsive and had professionals come in next day. Her main maintenance person, Mike, has extensive experience with old homes and have 100% confidence in his abilities. I forgot her main plumber's name but I would also highly recommend him as well.

Save yourself the issues and don’t contact this woman. She horrible! Made my wife and I think we had an approval for a property when she knew we had to find a place quickly. Instead she completely ghosted us when she said she would call. No calls, texts or emails. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this property management, which she’s the ONLY point of contact. If I could, I’d give this place negative stars.
