Worst landlord I've ever had! I don't even leave reviews but my experience was so bad I have to. For the two years I lived there, I could never get Matt to answer the phone. Sent multiple emails as well and got no response. Any emergencies that would come up, I had to deal with them myself. Left that horrible overpriced place better than when I moved in and never was contacted about my security deposit. Thankfully, I'm blessed enough to not need it. Would not recommend dealing with this man at all! If you're military, take your time finding a place in this area and avoid people like this guy at all cost!

SCAM ALERT!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS.
My family member is asking that I post this review for her. Matthew was very helpful from the beginning. He returned her calls and showed her a home. She was excited about one home in particular and started her application process. She paid for the application fee and sent sensitive documents through to Matthew and he has not returned her calls. She has called every day since she paid her application fee and gets no answer. I do not recommend dealing with this company. He will take your money and not return your calls. In my eyes, he scammed her out of money and now he has pictures of her IDs, debit card number and other sensitive information. I also looked further into this company and there are multiple listings on Zillow with different addresses, but have the same pictures of houses and bedrooms. This is not a legitimate company and THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Matthew was helpful from the beginning! He keeps his word! Great communication and always helped with any issues with the house. I highly recommend renting from this company! They take care of their tenants! These bad reviews are unfortunate but there are 2 sides to every story.

Apparently Matthew has a real issue with renting and/or serving black families. During a walk through of one of his listed properties in Crestview, Matthew stated more than once that the home was available and NO ONE had applied for the home. With money in hand ready to pay, Matthew stated that there was an application that needed to be fill out accompanied by final approval before we can place a down payment on the home (Understandable). We were told by Matthew, that he would send my family the application to our email but instead we received a text from him 2 hours later which stated, another applicant came to him right after we left with application and money in hand ( I Guess they didn't require a credit and background check). So that told my family our money wasn't good enough to rent his home nor were we the right shade to be in one of his home. It's truly sad that we live in a world with so much hate. That because of the color of our skin determines whether our not we are approved for a home. Not every black family is bad, just like not every white family is better. You never know the person you are serving just by looking at them. As disheartening as this experience was, my family and i would rather rent and/or buy from a realtor that has our best interest at heart. So Thank you Matthew for showing my family that we aren't welcomed with your company. However, i still wish you lots of success and hope one day you give people a chance and not shut them down base on their skin tone.

The whole experience with Matthew was just a dud from the beginning . Met with him after calling about a rental that was listed the day before . Advised it was already taken (apps are processed quickly when wanted I assume) and says he has a townhouse open. Met with him the next day . Was very non talkative and very dry. The whole vibe I got was just off. The townhouse was the most basic 18 year old starter place and was asking 1300.00 for it . In which a room up stairs had black mold in the roof. I asked him about it and he said he would look it it like it was no big deal. Two days later I applied as I was in a crunch for time . He proceeds to wait 5 days to give me a call back , no text response or anything . I needed to know by day 4 as I had to give a date to my landlord now when I was leaving .

He says he ran the app and is approved conditionally . Not to mention the app cost $73. Wow ! A joke . I added a co signer as my credit isint right at 600 and he finally calls and says I would need to pay double deposit . I said why exactly as my co signer has well above a 700 score . He just says “it’s needed” and he’s just a guarantee. I need NO guarantee , just someone on the app for credit. I make well over 3x the rent . It didn’t make sense , he sends automated random emails even after I told him I was gonna pass. He didn’t respond in a timely manner and basically is super money hungry . I called the realtor office numerous times and they never even answered . It was impossible to communicate and I will def not ever recommend nor rent from this sad excuse for a business. Around $4500 to move in? I think not . Scam someone else. I should had known when I looked at the reviews and seen the responses from the business. Can’t wait to see what mine will be .

Do yourself a favor , just don’t with this company .

We've been renting a property from Eagle Realty since December and so far we have been nothing but very pleased. Matthew went out of his way to accommodate us when we first looked at the house and has been super prompt over the small issues that have come up. Their online payment portal is super easy to use as well. Overall we are VERY happy with our experience so far!

First of all I dont think it's ok for Google to keep up the reviews that are blatantly wrong. Second of all Matthew has been SO helpful in finding us a rental and has gotten back to me quickly when I had questions. We are very happy with them and hope others will take the time to find out they are a good company.
