This company is super excellent I highly recommend them. thanks to Mateo Arango and all the team that helped us rent the house where I live now. in other companies they denied us rent. but PMI treated us very well and the process was very easy

My wife and I setup a time to meet at our place with a lady named Refiloe on Monday at 1pm. We took time off work to be there for the walk through. Not only did she not show up but completely did not even think to call us or let us know she will not make it. We dodged a bullet and I’m happy we are not moving forward with this company. I would be more than happy to speak to the owner if they would like.

Our current agent Daniel Romero has been great and he has a wonderful group with him at Earnest Homes. They are very open about any questions we have as renters and when we run into issues they get high quality contract workers who are kind, responsive and informative. There is very little wait when something comes up but overall we enjoy renting from this management group!
