Stephanie was crucial in helping us land our home. Ours was not a typical situation where you find a home, negotiate, and close. We absolutely loved the home and were eager to make it ours as soon as possible but learned that, due to circumstances out of our control, we would not be able to close for some time. Fear of losing our preferred home set in, but Stephanie worked with the agent representing the seller to allow us to rent the home until we were allowed to close.
