Steve and his passionate Team work very hard staying on top of repairs required to help you get your Home sold. Our Home for Sale being on a busy street was a challenge to find the correct Buyer. Steve provided $30000 worth of improvements and repairs including painting the entire house inside to roofing and a Main support Pillar that was Stucco but badly dry rotted out I had no idea it was replaced and repaired and repainted to install of new flooring. His work crews were Polite and Fast..Therefore we were able to make the House look fantastic and finally sell it. Christine how correlates and contacts all the repairs and keeps us updated is Awesome to deal with! Eddie our buyers Agent always available all days when we found a home we liked and got us inside quickly usually same day. When I had a family member pass away and I was tasked with selling their home, the professionals at Elevate Realty Group were there every step of the way to assist. It was a difficult situation for me living 1200 miles away and trying to sell a home that hadn't been updated since it was built in the early 60s. Lucky for me I was able to find Steve and fully leverage his Home Renovation Conciege Program. Steve and his team decided what elements of the home to renovate for the highest return and to attract potential buyers. They lined up the contractors, purchase the materials, scheduled everything, and even paid for it when I didn't have the funds available. We also had to have a very quick turn around with the rising mortgage rates in order to get the property on the market. It was an extremely smooth process from start to finish. I would definitely use Steve and his team again if I had a property I was going to sell or if I was purchasing a property.

Steve and the entire team at Elevate were fantastic! We took advantage if the Trade-In Program so that we could relocate to Southern Utah. Having all of the logistics in place so that we could move before the sale of our existing home really took the pressure off of us. Steve and Christina kept us apprised of all the moving parts, coordinated the minor repairs and some updating to maximize the value of our home after we relocated. Thanks to the entire team.
