DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
Elite? Not with this company... Nothing is elite at this company. What a joke this place is. It is summer time it gets over 100 degrees here and the swamp cooler goes out, we let them know and 5 or 6 days later still not a word from them about it. I don't know if it's this so called property management company or the owners of the properties that are CHEAP or JUST DON'T CARE about their tenants, but they need to get it together. If I withhold part of the rent I'm sure they'll respond for that within seconds though. This is a joke of a management company.

This is just for the PREVIOUS property management side of the house, very disappointed in the mismanagement of my property and lack of professionalism overall. Bottom line do not hire this company to manage you property. However they have a new owner and property management team, which reached out to me to, will consider using them in the future.

I do however give there realtors 5 stars, ask for Kathy (if she is still there) and/or Cinnamon, they are the best! Still stand by it!!!

Inquired about a property for a month. Waiting for a handyman to fix things to be able to go view. Each time we called she would say check back in and email and I will let you know. Not only did I not get a call they started showing the property to everyone else and wouldn’t schedule a showing with us.
