Let me start by saying I will always come back to stay! This is my 2nd time staying on this property(Indian rocks beach) just a different unit and both times were fantastic! The host is always so responsive and helpful, which you don’t always get! Inside the unit was so comfortable and inviting! Loved having 2 separate rooms and bathrooms for some privacy! You cannot beat the location of this property! Simple and safe walk to the beach and which is never too busy! Great local restaurants and cafes nearby! Will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. The house was cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and all rooms had very convenient amenities (lights where you want, extra toiletries, detergents…). Super convenient.
My favorite part of the whole place was the outside space. Very peaceful and cozy.
Also, VERY pup friendly. He loved it more than me I think.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The neighborhood was lovely and so close to everything. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we could have needed and more. We were a party of 5 and had room for more if needed. The hosts were friendly and extremely quick to respond.
We fell in love with the area.

We stayed in Tampa at the home on Imperial Key on the canal with a heated pool and spa. Tampa is a perfect spot for my wife’s family, and my family o vacation. We booked through AirBnB, but will book directly with Emperor in the future - outstanding company!
First, from our initial booking Emperor Rentals sent information to each guest detailing the reservation with online info about the property. I was immediately impressed.
Before our arrival, Emperor was communicative and pleasant. LOVED the fact that the front door is on a digital lock so people could come and go without a key. The home was clean and had many thoughtful details that we haven’t experienced in other AirBnB reservations. Simple things like toilet paper, soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent, etc.
Everything was so clean which was a big relief! Even down to the drawers in the kitchen! We’ve had some super disappointing stays through AirBnB over the last few years - this is not the type of property we have gotten!
We loved the pool, the spa, the view, and enjoyed the kayaks! Plenty of towels for showering and pool time - bring your own for the beach which is completely understandable! Nice, quiet neighborhood as well. The home has 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 6 bunk beds. We slept in a queen, but the bunks were SOOOO comfortable! Pool/ping pong table as well as air hockey and an arcade game, but we didn’t use any of them - I imagine they’d be great to keep kids entertained!
There’s a gas grill with 2 tanks and plenty of storage for food/drinks in the kitchen. We decorated for my mom’s birthday and had such a wonderful time. Would’ve LOVED to stay forever!
They sent messages to remind us of trash day, which was thoughtful and they were quickly responsive 24/7 when we had questions.
Super convenient to get groceries (Publix, Walmart) as well as other retail stores. While we stayed for a week, we enjoyed 3 pool days and the pool every evening, we visited Hyde Park, John’s Pass, Gulfport for a sunset dolphin cruise (Salty Pelican Boat tours - HIGHLY recommended ), had an AMAZING birthday dinner at Donatello (high end Italian, but worth it), and had a beach day at Pass-a-Grille. We had an amazing time and a restful stay with Emperor Rentals. We will rent from them again and cannot thank them enough! Truly a superior property management company for guest and likely for owners as well! Oh and thank you to the owners for a wonderful place to stay!

Our family rented their property in Oldsmar. Such a lovely place! Safe area, away from all the noise, but close enough to popular areas and stores. My family was comfortable and the kiddos enjoyed going kayaking and playing basketball. Our dogs were in paradise too with so much room to run and explore. This beautiful beach house was very clean and fully stocked which was incredibly helpful!

Great place for a family getaway. Clean home very well stocked. Nice screened in pool on a canal. Having the use of kayaks was an added plus. We didn’t eat out much so really cannot comment on the restaurants. We did rent a pontoon at a local marina which was fun for the day. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house is amazing! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Our large family group needed a place that all of us could stay together for a weekend. The neighborhood is very nice and in a quiet area, although shopping and restaurants were only a short distance. Access to the Tampa area is also very easy. Everything was exactly as represented. The house was very clean. There was enough space for our group without feeling crowded. I especially appreciated that there were two living spaces, bedrooms on the main, and more bathrooms than we needed! The pool and spa were wonderful and we spent time outside making use of the multiple seating areas and cooking on the grill. The younger (and older) members of the family enjoyed the arcade games. One of the most impressive things about this visit was the communication with the host and his team. I've stayed in many houses but don't ever remember this level and speed of communication. They went over and above. I truly hope to be back!

My little family had a great stay. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The first thing that impressed me was how wonderful it smelled when we walked in. There were very sweet little touches and details throughout, like decoratively folded tissue, toiletries, etc. Love that kind of intentionality. Very peaceful, convenient location steps from the beach and restaurants. Was able to get some nice quiet time outside. We'll absolutely be back.
