This company allowed the property owner to charge me for repairs that were not my fault. When I moving out, a blind broke. Old, the strings broke. I did not cause this. They took $600 out of my deposit without warning. I filed a small claim for $600. They had their lawyers in Phoenix request to take the case to civil court. That way they get out of everything. This is how they get the tenant to back down. No one wants to pay thousands of dollars for lawyers and court fees. The court system should not allow these companies to take this out of small claims court so that innocent tenants can stand up for their rights. Tenants have no rights in the state of Arizona. I can’t say enough bad things about this EMS Realty company for violating my rights as an innocent tenant. Never missed a rent payment. House was immaculate when I moved out. This is how I am treated.

Our experience with EMS Realty fell short of expectations. Upon move-in, we encountered several issues with the property, including a broken sliding closet door, damaged floors, dishwashers, dryer, and gas leak. While the repairs were eventually completed, it took EMS realty two months to resolve all the problems they left to us, which was excessively long. Additionally, the quality of the repairs themselves was extremely poor according to qualified handymen we consulted upon move-out.

EMS added fees that were NOT outlined in the lease agreement upon move-out. During the lease termination process, EMS Realty presented a rigid stance and offered no alternative solutions beyond the terms of the agreement, when we needed to leave due to medical circumstances. In our previous rental experiences with others, property management/landlords have been more flexible in lease break. EMS Realty will not communicate to you that they’ve already arranged all the landscaping, cleaning services etc, then double charge on you. They’ll also not return the security deposit until you follow up dozens of times.

Don't be fooled by the overall rating for any companies or services-- look into critical ones and compare with Yelp reviews.

Great company, we rented from ems for 3 years and it was a pleasure doing business. Our property manager was Carol. She was always easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions about anything. It was very rare when something happened to our rental but when anything needed fixing it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend using this company. Thank you EMS!

From rekeying my apartment and cleaning the unit in less than 3-4 days to drafting all the paperwork and finding a qualified tenant, Amir handled everything seamlessly.
