Terrible experience from the sales process all the way to submitting a warranty claim. Problems with the lending officer. Moves closing dates around for no reason. Quality of the home is definitely not what you pay for. I have a leak on my roof and it’s been a month and half and it has not been taking care off. Definitely stay away if you are not in a rush to move in

The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star is because of the sales person, otherwise it will be a 5. The place is absolutely beautiful and very modern which is why my family of 4 was looking for. We loved the common areas and the fact that every house comes with a garage. However, the salesperson was not very helpful and although he was not rude, he did not have the best attitude either. We have visited many new construction companies in Florida and the assistance has always been top notch. Even though this was the place we liked the most, it really sucks the sales experience was that bad. You can tell they know they have a good product because they make no effort to help. If you want the property "good" if not, "oh well". My only recommendation for this company will be to train their sales staff a little more to make the customer feel good and encouraged to buy the house. But like I said, I believe that because they know their product is good they just don't care if you buy it or not. Truly a shame.
