We met Jessica at a Saturday Open House (new construction), where she was present as the listing agent’s representative. From the start, we found Jessica to be personable and pleasant, we just enjoyed talking with her. We expressed interest in the house, leaving our information on the visitor log. Jessica called later that same day, encouraging us to move fast if we were serious about making an offer. We did not have an agent and Jessica noted she could represent us. She invited us to stop by her office that same afternoon to discuss. We met later that afternoon, reviewed all information and asked her to be our purchasing agent. She immediately worked on an offer which met our desires, presenting it to the selling agent that same evening. We had a tentative acceptance the next day and a final acceptance that Monday. Throughout the purchase process, Jessica worked closely with us, coordinating all the moving parts. She was a great advocate, following up on punch list items. She is excellent with communication and kept us up to date with every step of the process. Closing went smoothly with no issues. After closing, she maintained contact with us and the builder on a few remaining items, following through to completion.
