I just sold a lot in Lehigh Acres. I live in Pennsylvania and Jennifer made the closing quick and easy even though it was a long distance closing. I received the funds from the closing soon after the closing.

Worst experience ever. My home sale was a nightmare from start to the complete 2 day hell that was my closing because of Entitled. Do not use this company. Do not agree to a sale if the other party wants to use this company. They feel “entitled” to not follow any laws and do whatever they feel like. I truly thought I was having a nightmare and needed to wake up at times when their unethical behavior seems utterly unreal. Sadly, it was a reality. They did not disperse finds on the day of closing and then it took them 24 hours to initiate a wire after I finally threatened legal action. There’s something going on with this company that is not 100% clean and above board. I couldn’t put my finger on it, and honestly don’t want to know. I do believe in karma, so these i believe snd hope these Karen’s will get what’s coming to them!

This title company has ALL of their ducks in a row! Professionalism, efficiency, service and they care about their customers. When I buy property and have the option to choose title, I choose Jennifer and get staff at Entitled as often as possible.
