Called there multiple times as well as sent text messages and emails to never once have a call returned. This company and its representatives are a joke. I just quit try to rent something with them. Not a serious company.

Five stars across the board. Would highly recommend. The communication from top down and the knowledge of the market made for a seamless experience as I expanded my business into its second location. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Truly appreciate the EIS team.

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Watched as these folks did absolutely nothing to assist a tenant who was being constantly subjected to harassment from another tenant. Constant LOUD music during the day when the business was not open, for no other reason than to drive other tenants out. And the management company did... nothing.

And now, that retail complex is dead. Almost all the tenants are gone. Don't bet your livelihood on this management company, they won't help you if there are issues.

A terrible company. I have never been lied to and cheated in such a boarder line criminal fashion. They will not accept liability for their mistakes and will wiggle out by lying. Do not trust these people! They are responsible for many months of tolerating an unbearable situation that has cost me thousands of dollars and almost a loss of my business. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to deal with, any other company would have to be better.
