If you’re buying or selling real estate make the right choice and call Kathie Smith you’ll be happy you did and have no regrets.
In the early Spring of 2019 I was lucky enough to meet Kathie Smith of Right Choice Realty when I made an appointment to see a condominium I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, that condominium and a couple of others were not meant to be for me.
I returned home to the Northeast in April 2019 with hopes of finding something in the coming winter when I returned.
I’m happy to say I didn’t have to wait that long because Kathie and I just closed on my perfect home.

A friend of mine was discriminated against by Jennifer Fiedler for being a man. Several of us tried to get a hold of the team, and then Fiedler said; "Oh, well, I don't ever serve guys at all! All guys are inherently violent and creepy. I serve females and kids only."

Then another of my friends saw Jennifer Fiedler's posts on Fort Myers Patch showing nothing but misandry and extreme disdain towards all guys on the whole. We can't have someone like her destroying Southwest Florida, send her back to Toronto, where it's actually illegal for guys to go out alone.

We spoke with Seonagh Cox. I don’t know how to rate Seonagh’s local knowledge, process expertise, and negotiation skills but she did respond quickly. Seonagh was referred to my wife and I by Zillow, she very rude and unprofessional. My wife told her that our lease was up in a month which means we needed something now. We thought about buying our first home a year ago and was told what we had to do to get ready, so we decided to hold off after talking to the broker we were referred to so we decided to wait and put a little more aside just in case we needed it. She quickly asked us a few questions that we answered the best we can because we don’t know a lot about this and in less than two minutes she dismissed us by saying she only speak to people that’s ready now and said we should contact our realtor which was the realtor we used two years ago for our rental which was the last contact we had with that realtor. She did not give us time to explain or really say anything before she hung up the phone on my wife.
