My husband and I relocated to Redding from the Bay Area. Being “out of towners”, we found Eric’s knowledge and experience of the Redding real estate market to be invaluable during our house search. He was particularly accommodating to our schedule considering that we were usually driving up from the Bay Area to view prospective listings. However, it was after we were under contract on a property that having Eric as our agent really began paying dividends. Simply put: Eric knows people. Inspectors, insurance agents, escrow officers. Because of his personal associations and relationships we were able to seamlessly meet a very tight closing timeline despite the fact that we were buying during an especially chaotic period in the Redding housing market. We found Eric via the internet while I was finishing up my last deployment to Japan prior to retiring from the Navy. With his help, we made an offer on a home to be built and have it ready for our arrival to Redding with-in an 8-month span. Eric was available on very short notice because the agent we had lined up fell through. We where here from out of state on a 3 day house hunting trip so it was urgent we see houses. Well next day we found our house and put in the offer. 30 days later we closed with ease. Eric was very prompt at getting all inspections lined up and getting all paperwork to the proper people in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of comparable prices In the area as well as where to get a great burger.
