Thank you to Nick and the team at North Seventeen Real Estate for helping us list our condo at the Westlake Villas in Sacramento. My wife and I have been renting our condo out for the past couple of years, but since early last year, we have decided to sell it so we can relocate to one of the historic districts in Orange County.

When a job opportunity brought me to Orange County at the end of last year, I needed a real estate broker who could help me purchase a home in one of the most competitive markets in the US. With Ernie Aguilar I got that, plus a trustworthy guide and supportive friend who continues to help me post-purchase. To say he’s been a godsend is an understatement.

Upon a recommendation by a coworker who had engaged Ernie in her home-search a few years prior, I reached out to him, and he suggested meeting at a bar in Santa Ana.
His approach was to establish a rapport with clients and connect one-on-one to ensure a successful working relationship. Apart from seeking to understand what I was looking for and my budget, he sought to grasp my priorities and values. We hit it off, and after casually establishing a few house rules, we began my home-search.
