Buyer Beware! The delivery does not match the sales process. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were nowhere near what you would expect from the company that constantly refers to itself as America's Most Trusted Builder. We have multiple construction defects and areas that are well outside of Taylor Morrison's written standards that they have refused to make right. We have floors and walls that are over 1/2" off level, a garage floor that does not drain out of the garage, structural issues with our roof decking, and many other issues that were all identified as required by Taylor Morrison's warranty policy that have all been ignored. Do not close on your home until any of your concerns are addressed.

EDIT: Not sure why only some trucks with trailers are allowed to go through security gate. Lady made me go around again. Homeowners house is the first right from her gate. Homeowner told me when they came in she let a landscape truck and trailer in. She told me it’s because the arm keeps getting broken. I have yet to break any arms with or without a guard pushing the button to open. She’s ridiculous.
I’ve been coming into this community for over two years and now all of a sudden they have a security guard at the gate and they make me go around to the construction gate because I have a truck and a trailer but I’m not construction. I’ve had no issue with my truck and trailer here or in any other community. It’s ridiculous as I go all the way around to see her letting a PIKE truck in with a trailer.

I love my Pulte villa. The community run by Taylor Morrison, however, is quite a disappointment. The plans looked great at purchase but I paid HOA dues for 2 years before having amenities completed. The landscaping is skimpy. Taylor Morrison should be embarrassed to have the representatives they have mediating their developer meetings for the community members. It will be very nice when completed but the process and communication is very disappointing.

Isabella Lord handed out a sheet told us a little about the community. Didn't offer to show us around and that was about it. Would not be on my list anymore for potential to purchase
