He manages a property however the property is a mess. Every government agency in the area is involved at this point. They don't care and I doubt they will contact the owners of said property, code enforcement has tagged them ,police there weekly, EMTs , Animal control etc. After calling and speaking with the secretary she didn't care at all. If it were my property and I'm paying them to manage it and saw the place I'd fire them on the spot. After reading other reviews it seems like his firm just doesn't care. Find another attorney or an actual property management company

Mark Feldman is a very kind man. He is very charismatic. I went in seeking legal advice for a business decision. He advised me well and we agreed on a small job. I paid the fee upfront ($300). He never did the job. I called a couple weeks after to see how things were going. He didn't respond. I emailed and called again, leaving a message. He didn't respond. I respectfully called once a day for a week. His secretary answered every time, saying he was unavailable and that I could leave a message. I left a respectful message every time simply asking for him to let me know if he would be able to complete the job. He never responded. I believe his intentions are good and most likely got busy, but it's important for others to know how they may be treated so I'm leaving this review. Also, I never got a refund.

My partner and I were completely sold and excited to work with Marc after a long Free consultation. Thankfully it was free because Marc never followed up with any documents. When I emailed him details on how I'd like my Will I NEVER received an email back. I emailed a second time and still no response. He responded to my partner on the same email address so I'm certain the email address was correct. Considering he never reached out to follow up after a month and then we found out that he's on vacation when we called, we emailed him to tell him we're no longer interested in his services. I still never heard back.

In my opinion, Mr. Feldman as a lawyer, failed his client miserably. Mr. Feldman was my 87 year old mother-in-law's attorney for 30 years. After we met with him in April to have her will changed, many attempts by my mother-in-law, many of her caregivers, my wife, and myself, to try and set up a follow up meeting with Mr. Feldman was met every time with - he's on the phone, he's busy with closings, he'll call you back. After two straight months of not answering our phone calls, faxed letters to his office, and finally a hand delivered letter to his office, she finally had to personally go into the office and demand he return her original documents. This non-communication caused her a lot of stress and anxiety, all because he felt she wasn't competent enough to make such a decision as to change her will. How rude and unethical.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Mark Feldman since 2005. He has helped me with multiple closings and genuinely cares for what is BEST for his clients. He is beyond knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong. I honestly can't say enough good things about Mark and couldn't even imagine going to another firm.

I would definatly give this law firm half star. i chose Mr. Feldman to represent me on my new home purchase so i went to interview Mr. Feldman told eveyrhing was ok, he also gave me an estimate and i didn't hear anything from him again. i called several times, i sent emails and i didnt get any response. You out there make your own conclusions.

We do a lot of transactions w Feldman and Roback. Extremely creative and accommodating . Linda is GREAT..... If you do multiple transactions, especially in Manatee county, you should give these guys a shot.
