And when I called them back, she was right!!! She would not let me give up. I will get a refund. You can't go wrong with Tatyana! She is good at what she does!

I'll start by saying...taxes cause me anxiety! I decided to seek professional tax help because I had a few unique financial situations take place this year (like many other people I'm sure). I searched Yelp and came across Financial 1 and decided to give them a shot. I saw a couple of reviews (maybe a couple years ago) mentioning unpleasant experience with staff and long wait time...neither of which is something I experienced. My initial consultation was through Zoom. I had an opportunity to speak with Tatyana and give her an overview of what I needed. I made an appointment for the next day to drop off my documents. When I arrived, I was helped right away and completed my intake form. The whole process took about 10 minutes (max). I made my follow-up appointment for the following week for pick up and was on my way. When I arrived for pick up I was so nervous! I knew I would owe taxes and my initial trial run on turbo tax had me in the upper teens (thousands)! I was terrified of what the result would be. When I arrived I was again greeted and helped right away. We went through my business form and Tatyana was on the phone to guide where to enter information. When it was done, the result was much less that I expected. They really helped to identify all the areas where I could legitimately deduct expenses and it helped! There is a cost but it was well worth it for the piece of mind I have knowing that a professional completed my taxes. I will definitely return and would recommend to others.
