Been having issues with the maintenance of my unit within the Fisher Bray Real estate Group. I've been here for 6 months and Since day one I've been trying to address the Air conditioning in my apartment. Communication with maintenance has been absolutely horrible and when it comes to the property management trying to work with me on the issues of the apartment I get charged fees.
I've put in another request for the central air conditioning and it's been almost three weeks for any type of result or communication.

They have a user friendly site to help manage you account and report any issues. The staff is friendly and their contractors are incredibly respectful about your property. edit: Be extremely mindful of the suspicious 5 star reviews. Every (25-30) tenant in my complex had issues with Stacey and Karlin, they did not care whatsoever and were extremely unprofessional to the tenants who just wanted better living conditions.

Do NOT fall for the scam. Stay far far away from any property managed by this company. Quick approval/no requirements are huge red flags for South Florida. Poor communication and even worse apartments. If you cant find anything else in your budget or are dealing with slow approval this place may seem like a sweet deal, but its this biggest bait and switch I have ever seen.

Yes Stacey is real, yes Fisher Bray is real. However, everything in between is a lie. Unresponsive management that does not care about your well being or livelihood once they quickly rush you into a 30 year old unit with fresh paint. I lived at 1815 McKinley (“Cozy Apartments” should have been my first red flag, but I like many others, was pathetically desperate. The apartments this company rents are HALF the size what they claim. I measured my unit myself and the square footage was 326sq ft. They are extremely deceitful and will gaslight you. The property they own is never in a safe part of town, our neighbors with kids were scared to even let their kids play. Drug deals and druge use happened outside our back door. We had a homeless woman living behind our apartment for 3 months Stacey and the rest of management couldn’t be bothered and did not care at all about the situation, but they did care enough to raise our rent 20%+ after the initial lease expired.

Any property owned by this shallow company should honestly be returned to the bank, state, whoever, anyone but Jay Bray and his team. This is the most unprofessional and slumlord “real estate” group that will take your money and not care about your living conditions until legal threats are made.

Not to mention on top of all of this, it took nearly 8 weeks and 13 unopened emails to get our deposit + prepaid rent back. Per Florida law its supposed to be 30 days max, but this company doesn’t abide to too many laws and really just wants your check.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT LET STACEY AND CREW TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

No words can describe Fisher Bray Real Estate Group. Repairs have not been done prior to move in at McKinley. Mind you, repairs that should not take days to complete (Missing kitchen cabinet, missing bathroom mirror and a hole near the A/C unit). The apartment has not been fixed since last Friday. Why should I as a new tenant put in a maintenance request? Should the apartment be fixed/inspected prior to move in? Sloppy, just sloppy business. Luckily for me, I had someone tag along with me last Friday after everyone was gone and can attest to these repairs that need to be fixed. Attach is the pictures below for your review. Disclaimer: I would be suspicious about the five star reviews.

I have been with Fisher Bray since 2019 and I will stay with Fisher Bray until I purchase my first home. Stacey, the manager, is an angel and has shown up on several occasions. When me and my fiance split, Stacey was there for me with compassion and helped the transition into my own lease effortles and streamlined. Maintenance requests get followup phone calls and appointments are managed around my schedule. This is an above and beyond team and 5 stars just doesn't do them justice. If your kicking out of the nest for your first apartment with buddies or if your an established renter who wants to be in a more upscale neighborhood, they have the properties for all stages of life. 10 stars out of 5 would definitely reccomend!

I have been with Fisher Bray since 2021, this management company cares of their properties, few times that I had problems in my apartment, I send a request and they response within 1 hour. Murray, Jay, Stacey and Karlin, always there for you, with Fisher Bray, I feel like I management my own house, they always respect my privacy in my apartment, if they need to enter to the apartment, they advise 24 to 48 hours prior. The attitude of Fisher Bray staff, it is a caring aptitude, such as theirs, that enable themself to reach the standard of excellence that they strive for, while the real estate is growing in Florida, Fisher Bray Real State Group always going to make the differences.
