Aunque el servicio es algo despersonalizado, siempre respondieron con oportunidad, las reglas de las casas son muy claras, la casa estaba en perfecto estado, impecable en orden y limpieza, y tuvimos todo lo que se requería. La entrada es independiente por lo que nunca ves a los administradores, pero están atentos a los mensajes para responder si requieres algo. Me gusta mucho más la opción de este tipo de casas en lugar de ir a un hotel más durante la pandemia

Just returned to the UK after having a fantastic 10 nights in a Florida Dream Homes property. Thanks to Lance , Karin and Saije we hope to return in the future.

I can't believe I haven't left a review.

I have been using Florida Dream Homes for almost 20 years now. I have stayed at several properties over those years. I can not say enough good about the company. The owner and staff have been nothing but the best. If a problem has arised (and yes in all these stays things have gone wrong) they have been quick to resolve the problem and make it right.

I have and will continue to use Florida Dream Homes in the future, and will continue to refer friend and family to stay at their properties.

I was very dissatisfied with the accommodations this year. There were small hiccups initially that we worked through but with the carpet being dirty was a major turnoff for me. I mentioned it to the manager and nothing happened. To pay what we did and to have to wake up to dirty carpet every single morning was not enjoyable. This could have been solved by simply cleaning the carpet while we were at Disney and running a fan to dry it even if it took a day and a half would have been better. I also requested that the manager give me a call and it never happened.

Terrible experience! Since we arrived at the property we have had nothing but problems. The house is filthy, we stayed in our van with our children for 5 hours in the driveway waiting for someone to take responsibility and help us. It came down to safety ultimately. 2 of our children have asthma and one of us, a disabled veteran, has COPD. The vents and the walls around them are black. The dust on the walls is hanging and above the doors is so thick you can see it from ground level. With no other choice and $1500 later we came in to stay the night. The property manager, this company finally after many many calls and texts came in at 1:00pm with his cleaning crew who he says were hired a month ago. He said that what we were complaining about is done at spring cleaning and it cost more to have that done. He also advised us that guests that grew up poor don’t complain about the things we are complaining about, they don’t mind. When asked about getting some type of refund he said that we have to talk to the person we booked through but if it was up to him he would not give any compensation for us spending the first 2 days of our vacation waiting on him and making sure we are here for them to do maintenance and cleaning. Unbelievable. Will not stay with them again and don’t recommend their property unless you grew up poor.

Florida Dreamhomes is an amazing family run company..we own a villa in Kissimmee which is managed by Lance, Karin, Brandon and Tony. They are a superb team where nothing is too much for them, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. Our family, friends and other guests who have stayed at our holiday villa have nothing but good words to describe the Dreamhomes team. I can highly recommend them to either manage your home or for you to rent a holiday villa.

Wij hadden een huis gehuurd
5325 Barefoot Path Kissimmee Florida.
Wel een verouderd huis en inrichting maar kun je daar doorheen kijken dan heb je een wereld huis.
Alles in huis aanwezig.
Had je vragen (mail) werd daar snel op gereageerd.(top TONY)
Gunstig qua ligging(parken,supermarkt,vliegveld MCO ORLANDO)
Alles binnen 20 minuten te rijden.
Zwembad top.
We zouden m zo weer huren!!!

I had the most amazing time staying at Florida Dream Homes, 2269 Wyndham Palms Way, Kissimmee, FL 34747. My nephew had his wedding at Disney and we booked this house because it was like 10 mins away from were the wedding was. Everything was great the house was clean the pool was clear the water did not have a lot of chlorine in it everything was so inviting. Since Me my sister my niece and Mom enjoy clean eating we were able to prepare our food the way we like it, we did eat out a couple of times everything was like mins away. I could not have picked a better place to stay for a week of fun and relaxation. Just Lovely in every way! This was a stressful time for my sister to give her first born son and only son away you let me pamper her to ease the letting go process. Thank you Thank you Thank you Lance and Karin for giving us a beautiful trip one we all will remember!
