I cannot say enough good things about Florida Expert Realty. April and John went above and beyond to help/guide me in the home buying process. I was a FTHB and not once did I feel lost, overwhelmed, or cheated. We found exactly what I was looking for, in the area I desired, and within my budget(which is nigh impossible nowadays). Aprils wealth of knowledge, resources, and tenaciousness are the reason I can call myself a home owner today. April and John are truly EXPERTS in REALTY! My experience with them was without a doubt worthy of a gazillion star rating, 5 stars just isn't enough! From the Monday (3/4/24), when I decided to sell my home, to it's listing on Wednesday (3/6/24), to four showings, three full asking price offers and then under contract by Saturday (3/10/2024) April and John helped me navigate this entire home selling venture. People said, "It's not a good time to sell your home." April said, "Trust me, its a great time to sell your home." People said, "You'll never get a full-price asking price with interest rates so high." April said, "Trust me, we will price it right and you'll be amazed!" Then came all the "emails, text messages, contracts, revised contracts, inspections, and appraisals" and April again said, "Trust me as she calmly, and expertly advised me on how to interpret each of these and more importantly understand this very confusing process." What can I say? As a first time buyer April and John did everything to make sure my wife and I were in the best possible position to buy a home, accommodated and listened to our needs carefully. April really cares about her people and it shows. She will fight for you to get you the home you want, and thats what I appreciated most about the process. I truly felt it was about our needs, not what's easiest for her. I also felt her and John were really expert and experienced in the whole process. I would not trust anyone more with real estate than April. Also worth noting, I found her recommended services (home inspector , mortgage company , pest) were all exceptional businesses and really did a great job.

If you are reading this review because you're looking for a real estate agent in or around Pinellas County, look no further. If you want the best of the best, I 1000% advise you to go with Florida Expert Realty. We were buying a house from all the way across the country, so April and John had to do a lot of leg work for us. They went to showings on our behalf, they gave excellent feedback, they were honest and forthright about everything. They have extensive knowledge about the area. Their years of expertise are invaluable. April is extremely responsive, if you have a question, she has an answer and fast. She makes sure you understand the entire process thoroughly and her communication is top notch, seriously amazing. She never makes you feel like you're being a burden or that she doesn't have time for you. April is very personable and funny and makes you feel like you're talking to a trusted friend. She will absolutely fight for you, she is in your corner 100%, and she does not back down from a challenge. She went to bat for us over and over and we are eternally grateful. Without April and John we would not have achieved our dream of being Florida homeowners, especially in this insane housing market. Buying is really hard right now and April was reassuring when we'd get stressed and knew she could get it done for us, and she did! She's got strategies and knowledge that will help you. I will add that she made us feel like we were her only client. I know she had many more all at the same time, but her level of attention to us and always being there for us was more than we ever expected.
