When I moved to Japan in 1986, I left my property in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to be maintained by a property management company. The first company I chose left me with a tremendous amount of concerns, frustration and debt as they did a very poor job in managing my property. I needed to be on top of everything they did. That relationship only lasted one year. Fortunately, I found Florida Property Management & Sales and they have managed my property up until they sold it last week (11/18/2022). They provided me 35 years of fantastic service. Never once (with the exception of passing hurricanes) did I have any concerns about my property while they were managing it. At the time it came to finally divest, they did another wonderful job in selling my property. Thank you for so many years of great service!
