It was a pleasure working with Jeri. She is honest, trustworthy and very professional. We first used Jeri in 2015 with the purchase of our first house in Florida. Since then she was part of a closing in 2021 and was instrumental in our closing this last week. She really helped us through the maze of problems we encountered with our buyer. Look no further. Bob did a fabulous job for us. We tried to sell ten years ago (with another realtor) and we can tell the difference. He stepped us through the entire process. With instant email responses, you feel like you are his only client. When we had a major glitch (our first buyer pulled out before making their deposit) he had another buyer at a better price within 24 hours (OK, it has been a rising market!). So everything proceeded to schedule, which is especially important when you are a non-resident owner making travel commitments. He kept us well informed throughout, and beyond closing. He also liaised with our accountant re FIRPTA (non-US people will know what this is!). Many thanks to Bob and team.

My reason for doing this, is because this firm demonstrates a high professional attitude and are reachable at anytime. They are fighters and totally support their customer from the pre-listing experience to the final closing day.
Anyone can try to sell a house, but true sales professionals sell themselves and develop a strong personal relationship which makes you return.
They have a proven marketing concept which makes selling your house easy.
This relationship started in 2015, again in 2021, and finally again in 2024.

Highly recommend Bob who first found us the 2 homes 10 years ago, both which proved to be an excellent investment.
Arranged for them to be rented out, and has now handled the sale. Always difficult when buying and selling as a long distant foreign owner.
