Trying to move to a new part of the state is hard when you don’t know exactly what area is best for your needs - so when we were connected with Shannon on referral, we were so happy. You always hear about the horror stories of buying houses, but we couldn’t have had a smoother experience. Even buying during the most difficult of times dealing with COVID-19 and a crazy market, they were able to find us the perfect home in the perfect location at the right price. If I can give zero stars I would. I placed a deposit for new a townhome being built in Bradenton back in May of this year. My contract states we were to close on October 1st, and they haven’t started building anything and I have gotten zero updates on when they plan to get started or approximately when they will be done. Definitely would have appreciated more sincerity from the get go if it were to take longer or why they would take longer. Really disappointed in the customer service. Zero sincerity or communication with me, zero stars.

Seeing the reviews from agents who are employed by this business is quite distressing. Is this the proper way to boost your rating? Also noticing that a prior customer posted a "non-disclosure" is also disturbing. If any company does not want bad reviews, perhaps they should strive to give excellent service and attempt to solve the matter professionally and courteously. As a Broker, I would strive to resolve matters before they hit Google.
