I'm not one to usually put in reviews for anything business but the experience I had was very discouraging. I called the owner/broker April and requested to look at a home that I saw in a neighborhood. I stated that I was looking to purchase a home within the next 6 to 8 months, mainly because we have a lease that ends in October, but I didnt explain that part. When I said that she immediately told me that she didnt want to do it because of the inconvenience that it would cause the home owner because they live there, which I did not know. She then proceeded to tell me that the verbiage that I said is not something that agents want to hear and that I should change my verbiage. She offered me to pair me with an agent that has a lot of patience for new buyers, which I politely declined. After speaking to her it proved to me why everyone told me not to go with a realtor and go directly to the developer. I work in the sales world to, have been for many years. This is the kind of experience that I provided in my early stages of sales, after 10 plus years in, I've learned to adjust to helping people and its actually benefited me. This is the kind of thing that makes me loose hope in buying a home if I have to go through a relator.
