I recently purchase a condo and my agent was Melaine King. Melaine was incredibly efficient and handled all the complexities of my condo purchase with ease. It was difficult since I was living out of state at the time and was nervous about the process, I had a million questions, but Melanie made everything clear and straightforward. My disabled sister listed her home in Gulfport with Delia and Danielle. They worked tirelessly to help her clear out her home for a gargage sale, and then stage her home. Despite two hurricanes to overcome, the house sold fairly quickly. Unfortunately, my sister passed away 10 days before the closing. Before leaving home to make the 10 hour drive to Gulfport to take care of my sister's arrangements, I made my first of many calls to Delia and Danielle. What compassionate, caring, angels they were. They had heard my sister was in the hospital, and were so sad to hear what had happened. To make a long story short, the closing finally happened some 30 days later due to no fault of their own. They are the two most hard working, caring individuals I know. They dealt with every issue that arose since our family was out of state. I haven't met them in person, but on my next trip to the area, I will be sure to do so, and thank them in person. I wish there were more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

We worked with Melanie King and she was wonderful... As a young man as some call me I was looking for that diamond in the rough house that had heart and character.. .. Melanie has a vast knowledge exspecaily with the Gulfport area and she knows it well. ...
