I have had rats nesting my engine on property and they have chewed the wires resulting in my paying thousands of dollars for repairs. I've got Squirrels living in my ceiling. The showers are luke warm. Laundry machines take money and don't work. No security or cameras to protect you. I have sent the manager Ali pictures of rodent nests on property they do nothing and even have the nerve to say they don't know where it's coming from. I've shown you exactly where it's coming from

The first year I lived here was great, but then it went downhill fast. First, our upstairs neighbors were so noisy that it made our ceiling shake. We showed video evidence to the front desk, and nothing was done about it.

Next, the doorknob to the apartment building broke, and it took them over 4 MONTHS to fix it. We had to keep the door open with rocks, and one neighbor got so fed up that they removed the doorknobs and brought them to the front desk.

Lastly, this place is infested with cockroaches! We have been dealing with them since January. They said pest control would come by every 2 weeks to do treatments until the infestation was gone. We had to remove everything from the kitchen and bathroom and put them into boxes in our living room. Pest control only came once, then never came back. Me and my roommate were forced to live out of boxes for 6 MONTHS! They even infested my bed box spring so that's hundreds of dollars done the drain.

We will not renew our lease and want to get as far away from this place as possible. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Mainly moved into these apartments because they advertised and told me that the gym was open 24:7 all year long. The gates have been locked every day for the past two weeks in the morning. There’s also always crack heads in the halls & looking at cars. My car got stolen here. And my Amazon packages. Yea it’s affordable but I guess you get what you pay for

Absolute Garbage Company. I emptied my apartment
before being hospitalized. I owed $1000.00. Came back to $4200 charge stating that they had no idea i had left.

RENTER BEWARE*

These guys will take you for a ride and lie about it.

Look elsewhere. There's plenty of places to live where the amenities actually work and the staff have a moral compass.

This place is Garbage.

It’s been a great experience moving into my new apartment at 4 mile flats. Alexis placed us in a perfect spot to call home. A few minor repairs were needed and Tony went above and beyond. It’s nice knowing in the future if anything needs to be fixed we are in good hands. He was professional with his work and respectful of covid safety as well.
