We used Frank's team (which included Blake A and Jaime M in addition to Frank) to find us a new house and to sell our old house. The entire team was responsive - even in a very busy market they always had time for our concerns, no matter how big or small. They found us a house relatively quickly - saw fewer than 8 houses with them bc they listened to us and understood what we were looking for. They helped us negotiate a good deal on our new house in a tough market - it needed quite a bit of work so we did not want to overpay. Then when selling our home, they made some great suggestions to freshen up the place without spending a lot of money and we sold our house to a buyer on first day it was listed, for my asking price. Since buyer was also their client, this required extra ethical work on their part, but I felt they were fair to both sides in the negotiations over the small stuff. Jaime M in the office was very professional, seemingly always available, and helpful.
