A few years back, we called Teresa at A Front Porch Realty to help us purchase a home. We are so glad we did. Teresa found us a house in a great neighborhood about to go into foreclosure. She went beyond the normal of what a realtor would do in client relations and negotiations. We would get daily updates and information about the process. We never had to call her to see how things were going. She worked non stop to get us the best price and then saved us thousands in closing cost.

After a couple years, we began to look for land. Again, we called Teresa! She found us several lots and then researched everything for us from HOA guidelines, to wetlands and flood zones, to exact surveys of lots. We would have definitely made a mistake in choosing property if it wasn’t for her!

When it was time for us to sell our house, we knew who to call. Teresa had our house sold for the price we asked within 3 days. To top it off, it was a cash deal. When I had to transfer from Florida to Ohio I used Theresa and her team to sell my house. They have good recommendations on staging and preparing my house for the market, they were very honest in the listing price and took very nice professional pictures. When my house hit the market I had many offers that day and was able to accept an offer within hours of listing my home. When I had to leave the area before closing on the house she was able to set up the closing for me and I did not have to be present at the time of closing which saved me money on travel back to the area. The team at Front Porch communicated on all concerns prior to closing and during the selling process and truly take their clients to heart when listing their properties and I felt like part of the family when working with them. . I can’t stress enough how I would use them over and over again given the opportunity.
